STANDARD ORDERS

Before dispatch: Email us at hello@flexsta.com and we'll cancel your order for a full refund.

After dispatch: Once shipped, we can't cancel. You can return it under our returns policy once it arrives.


PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally we offer pre-orders for products that aren't yet in stock. Here's how they work:

  • We may collect full payment or a deposit at checkout
  • Your order will ship once the product is available
  • We'll email you with an estimated shipping date

Cancelling a pre-order: You can cancel any time before we ship. Email hello@flexsta.com for a full refund of any amount paid.

After dispatch: Standard returns policy applies.


REFUND TIMING

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
