Not perfect for you? Return it within 30 days for a full refund (excl shipping cost). No questions asked.
Arrived damaged or broken? That's covered under our Warranty Policy, we'll send a replacement, no return needed.
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: Email returns@flexsta.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Ship it back using the address we provide. Customer pays return shipping (we recommend tracked).
Step 3: Once received and inspected (1-2 business days), we refund your original payment method. Funds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are not refunded. We reserve the rights to withhold the refund if the product if it does not meet the return conditions.
