Damaged in shipping? Report within 7 days for a free replacement.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
Every Flexsta is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. Stops working? We'll replace it or send a free repair kit.
WHAT'S COVERED
- Hinge or joint failures under normal use
- Materials breaking or cracking (not from impact)
- Mechanisms that stop functioning properly
- Parts that arrive missing or defective

✗ Accidental damage (drops, impacts, crushing)
✗ Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
✗ Exceeding weight limits
✗ Water or liquid damage
✗ Modifications or improper use
✗ Lost or stolen items
HOW TO CLAIM
Email warranty@flexsta.com with photos, a brief description, your order number, and current shipping address. We respond within 24 hours.
Warranty claims are honoured worldwide - we'll ship to wherever you are now.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent laws in your country.
